SUMMARY:Leadership Development Series- Walking Through Conflict: Mindsets and Skills of an Everyday Leader
DESCRIPTION:This workshop provides tools and strategies for working through interpersonal conflicts in the workplace with colleagues. Learn about your own personal approach to conflict and communication\, and set ground rules and intentions for difficult conversations with others. This session will be interactive. Attendees will prepare for a conflict dialogue\, practice the conflict management skills with a dialogue case\, and apply the skills learned in the session. \nThis workshop is led by Sara Kim\, PhD\, Associate Dean for Educational Quality Improvement\, and Trish Kritek\, MD\, EdM\, Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs in the School of Medicine. \n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\nOffice of Faculty Affairs (OFA) events for July 2022-June 2023 are not CME accredited at this time but are offered through the CME platform for continuity with other professional development opportunities. \nTo register\, you will be prompted to create an account in the CME platform if you don’t already have one.
