DESCRIPTION:Register here \nThis one-hour interactive workshop will explore cynicism and how it is often leveraged as a protection mechanism during challenging and overwhelming times.  We will also delve into the concept of radical acceptance and how it allows us to accept what is happening around us in a way that opens us to intentionally choosing and changing our path forward. Cynicism abdicates our sense of what we can control from the perspective of what is wrong or painful in our environments (and convinces us it’s not worth trying to change).
