SUMMARY:Leadership Development Series: Creating High Performing Teams

Leveraging off of your own current examples\, you will have the opportunity to apply this framework\, and associated skills\, to your own situations and develop a strategy for taking action. Specific items that will be addressed include: \n\nShifting from an individual expert mindset to a team oriented\, collaborative mindset\nStrategies to create psychological safety for your team\nCreating an environment where we can learn from mistakes and failures\n\n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\nOffice of Faculty Affairs (OFA) events for July 2022-June 2023 are not CME accredited at this time but are offered through the CME platform for continuity with other professional development opportunities. \nTo register\, you will be prompted to create an account in the CME platform if you don’t already have one.
