These workshops aim to create a community for women faculty throughout the SoM\, build leadership skills\, and provide a space for women faculty explore topics that impact their careers in academic medicine. Additionally\, the WIMS committee hosts an annual Women Faculty Day. This is an all-day event\, the theme changes each year but every Women Faculty Day features a keynote speaker\, networking opportunities\, and talks specific to women faculty in academic medicine.
