Clinical Risk Management
Clinical Risk Management is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and carrying out programs to control the clinical risks associated with patient care services to which the University is exposed. Our department serves UW Medicine facilities and the health sciences schools. Review by CRM is important whenever an event, activity or program in these areas may involve a significant risk of patient harm.

Office of Research Misconduct Proceedings
The Office of Research Misconduct Proceedings coordinates the University’s handling of allegations of research misconduct against members of the University community, in consultation and cooperation with the University’s schools, colleges, and campuses.
