Health Sciences Risk Management

Health Sciences Risk Management is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and carrying out programs to control the clinical risks associated with patient care services to which the University is exposed. This office serves UW Medicine facilities (including UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, Hall Health, UWPN Neighborhood Clinics and Sports Medicine), and the health sciences schools. Office of Research Misconduct Proceedings

The Office of Research Misconduct Proceedings coordinates the University’s handling of allegations of research misconduct against members of the University community, in consultation and cooperation with the University’s schools, colleges, and campuses.
