Taking care of yourself will help you both perform at your best in your work and be your best self when you walk through the door at home. Check out our section on resilience programming for a list of behavior recommendations to support your well-being. If you want to expand your well-being practices in a more formal capacity, see if an 8-week course on mindful self-compassion or mindfulness-based stress reduction will fit into your schedule. More strapped for time? We have included several online resources for you to use through out your day no matter where you are.
