All good teams and organizations change over time. This change is essential for growth and can also be quite challenging. Leading change can be more effective when anchored in the principles of adaptive leadership as well as Kotter’s eight-stage process of change management. This session will incorporate both knowledge and skill-building in an interactive format.
It is designed for all faculty members who are contemplating leading change; both those with formal leadership positions as well as those with more informal leadership roles.
This workshop will be recorded, with recording and slides posted to the Faculty Affairs website afterward.
