Transforming Your Career (In Person)

Transforming Your Career is a one-day, in-person, professional development workshop for UW School of Medicine faculty using Design Thinking.
This workshop was created for faculty who might be considering new directions, different responsibilities, feel “stuck”, or are exploring transitioning into a next phase of their career. Participants will leave with clear goals, several visions of their next steps, experiments to test their initial ideas, and a framework to keep their career moving forward.
