The third and final event in the Healthcare Finance series covers advanced topics in value-based strategies for future models. In this interactive event, attendees will discuss where we can go from here at UW Medicine, examining the competitive landscape of other healthcare organizations, pharmacy 340b, and other cases for discussion.
Healthcare Finance 3-part Series Objectives:
- Learn how UW Medicine gets paid including fee for service, fee for value, and Medicare.
- Learn about current blended model of value-based care with fee for service, as well as mitigation strategies for issues related to insurance and billing.
