What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching is a facilitated process where small groups come together to explore challenges, set goals, and develop strategies for success in a supportive environment with an internal certified coach. Designed to foster personal growth, networking, collaboration, and resilience, group coaching provides an opportunity to connect with peers who share similar experiences and aspirations.

Pilot group coaching is currently being offered for medical directors, clerkship directors, and associate/program directors. If you are in one of those groups, we encourage you to register here for group coaching.

If you have questions or are another interested group, contact Giana Davidson at ghd@uw.edu.
