CLIME Grand Rounds: Allowing Medicine to Flourish Again: Cultivating Professional Identity in Medical Education

Despite ongoing social and political disruptions, medical education has continued to refine how we can best cultivate the professional identities of our learners and faculty. This Grand Rounds will highlight current challenges in professionalism through discussion of emerging frameworks to support an antiracist and inclusive environment to allow for all members of the medical education community to flourish.
