Effective communication is an essential skill for all of us. In this interactive workshop learn the different types of communication, practice approaching a difficult discussion with a case study, and recognize biases and patterns in human behavior that may impact communication success. Best practices will be shared for various modes of communication as well as how to communicate across roles in a team.
This session is led by Drs. Anne Browning (Chief Well-Being Officer) and Giana Davidson (Interim Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs).
